Interfaith Emergency Shelter Program

The Interfaith Emergency Shelter Program is operated by St. Vincent de Paul and provides housing for homeless families in churches throughout the community.

First Christian Church has been a part of the IESP network since its origins in 1990. We provide housing for up to ten families in the basement of our church for two weeks in the spring of each year. Volunteers are needed to welcome families, prepare meals, work with children and overnight security.
